I'm Kathy Michatek and my motto is "I Work For You". I attribute my success, mostly to the wonderful people I've met here in the low country. When people ask me about my success I jokingly say, "I work like a Northerner and I'm lucky enough to live like a Southerner". There is some truth to that, as not having to fight traffic or snow to travel long distances, which allows me more quality time for both work and play. We love that we are only minutes from the beaches and larger cities.

My husband Bob and myself are very happy to be living here in Sun City/ Bluffton, an active adult community for ages 50+. It's a beautiful community, with many amenities. We are lucky that two of our sons and their families also live here in Bluffton and we have helped them and some of their friends with buying and selling homes.
